The University of Cyberjaya (UoC), formerly known as Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS), is a prominent private institution located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia's first smart city. The University of Cyberjaya was officially established on 23 October 2005, initially known as Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS). In anticipation of growth, CUCMS relocated to a new campus in 2009, significantly increasing its student capacity and enhancing teaching facilities. The institution continued to expand its academic scope, with three additional faculties in allied health science, occupational safety & health, and complementary medicine being established by 2010. Further development saw the creation of the Faculty of Safety and Health in 2015 and a move to its current purpose-built campus in mid-2018 [1].
