Nellie Borrero, a Managing Director and Senior Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Strategic Advisor at Accenture. She is a specialist in inclusion, diversity, equity, and equality.
After joining Accenture in 1986, Nellie created the first role for Diversity efforts. She is now Accenture's Global Inclusion & Diversity Senior Advisor Executive, holding a crucial leadership role.
